If you are a minor (under 18 years old), you must obtain consent from your parent or guardian before providing any personal data to us. A guardian herein refers to a person responsible for minors as defined in section 2 of the ordinance regarding "relevant persons".

 

Direct Marketing

 

We may use or provide your personal data (such as name, phone number, address, and email address) to THEE Propel. members to send you news and/or promotional materials about activities or projects we organize or arrange. We will obtain your consent in advance (including your "no objection") before using your personal data or providing your personal data to others for direct marketing purposes as specified. You may contact us at any time (contact details below) to request to no longer receive any such promotional or marketing materials. Upon your request, we will, at no charge, (1) cease using your personal data for direct marketing purposes, (2) cease providing your personal data to other THEE Propel. members for direct marketing, and/or (3) notify other THEE Propel. members to cease using your personal data for direct marketing purposes.

 

Mailing List

 

If you provide an email address, we may regularly contact you to provide you with the latest information and updates about our activities. Any email sent to you will have an option to "unsubscribe," and you can remove your email address from the mailing list.
