DHL will leverage its logistics expertise while Envision will bring its renewable energy solutions to the table. The collaboration aims to accelerate environmental energy initiatives and help both companies achieve net-zero emissions.

A key focus is SAF, which both companies view as essential for reducing carbon emissions in air transportation. DHL aims to increase its SAF mix to 30% by 2030, with Envision providing SAF to support this goal. Envision will also explore new sources and technologies to advance decarbonization in the aviation sector. Lei Zhang, Chairman of Envision Group, emphasized that innovation can reduce costs and scale up SAF production, supporting global carbon neutrality efforts.

Envision will provide green energy solutions, including electricity, to help DHL meet its renewable energy targets. DHL is positioned as a strategic partner for Envision’s expansion into new renewable energy markets, offering logistics support across 220 countries and territories.

Tobias Meyer, CEO of DHL Group, highlighted the partnership as a step towards global sustainability leadership. DHL will use its logistics network to support Envision’s international growth and overcome logistical challenges.

Both companies will also work on developing “Net Zero Industrial & Logistic Parks,” which will be powered by clean energy and integrate various industry supply chains, such as electric vehicle manufacturing. These parks aim to create green industrial ecosystems and advance the global green transition. The project has already begun in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, with plans to expand globally.
